Administrative Support Specialist

Qualifications: 

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED

Accounting or Business Administration Degree Preferred

 

 

Knowledge/Skills:

The ability to communicate across all departments

Strong understanding of confidentiality

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Sage 100 experience helpful

Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook skills

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Daily

• Enter purchase orders and email orders to vendors

• Schedule freight pick up with appropriate freight company

• Maintain shipping manifest/log

• Enter customer account numbers on accounts receivable checks and run tape

• Phone and walk in customer back up

 

Daily/Weekly

• Compile information for payroll processing

• Maintain log of Full-Service Vending bank fund

• Update Account Managers on past due accounts

• Make collection calls as necessary

• Receive inventory into software as product is received

• Prepare service charges for NSF checks and notify/assist sales rep in collecting funds

• Monitor past due accounts for next day orders

• Back up for processing EDI transactions

• Back up for processing customer ACH payments

• Back up for inventory item set up

• Back up for item cost maintenance

• Back up for maintaining customer price files

 

 

Monthly

• Review Equipment and Customer Master files to maintain updated information

• Process mid-month & end of month account adjustments prior to printing statements

• Process credit card payments for monthly customers

• Print statements

• Commission full-service vending machines for general ledger accrual

 

Quarterly

• Commission full-service vending machines and create check file for upload into Sage 100

Route Merchandiser

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

 

This is a full time position. The work week is Tuesday through Friday, overtime and occasional holiday and weekend work may be required.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Drive truck over established routes and deliver pre-sold products

• Check load accuracy each morning

• Unload product from truck, stock and rotate product as necessary

• Settle your route invoices daily

• Represent Green Bay Seven-Up in a friendly and professional manner

• Obey all local, state and federal rules of the road and all DOT operating procedures

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Prior delivery experience preferred, DSD experience a plus

 

Required Skills:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License preferred, however, we will train the right candidate

• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines; no license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWD, careless or reckless driving

• Strong math skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical and environmental demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis, using a beverage dolly to push/pull up to 300 lbs. and maneuvering a beverage dolly up or down stairs with up to 125 lbs.

• Green Bay Seven Up will train for forklift certification

Merchandiser

We are looking for an outgoing, self-starter to join our Merchandising team! We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K savings plan, paid vacations and holidays and paid uniforms.

 

 Pay Range: $18.00 – 19.00 per hour

This is a full time, 40 to 45 hour per week position. This is a first shift position that will include weekends and holidays. Occasional overtime may be required.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in accounts assigned by supervisor

• Check shelves and backrooms for overstock, proper product rotation and dates on product

• Utilize promotional material (signs, banners, etc.) in accounts

• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition

• Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow company safety guidelines and requirements and report any unsafe conditions observed

• Assist with other duties as necessary

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Prior merchandising experience a plus

 

Required Skills:

• Strong math skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical and environmental demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis and pulling/pushing 300 lbs.-500 lbs. on level ground using a pallet jack

• Valid Class D Driver’s License required

• Above average driving record

• We will train for forklift certification

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Warehouse Team!

 

The wage range is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

 

This is a full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week position. Your work schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM or until done. Occasional overtime and Friday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Build orders according to assigned load tickets

• Verification of quantities and product type being loaded on a pallet

• Stage completed pallets in designated areas

• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and garage area

• Assist with other duties as necessary

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Prior warehouse experience a plus

 

Required Skills:

• Basic math skills for counting, adding and subtracting

• Good communication and interpersonal communication skills

• Must be able to work efficiently and accurately

• Ability to perform the physical and environmental demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis

• Green Bay Seven Up will provide forklift certification
